"In our generation it's easy to be considered famous or popular in a short amount of time and even though it's a great feeling to be loved and admired, not everyone that I have come encountered with has taking the humility pill." -Curtis Bryant
Curtis Bryant is a freelance photographer as well as graphic designer who graduated from Parsons the New School for Design in New York . I was very fortunate enough to be able to speak to him the other day.
Five weeks ago he released my Fake Socialite NYC t-shirt line and things are starting to pick up. He's already fulfilled orders to California, Canada, the UK, and soon Texas( I must have one). As a fashion student and stylist myself, i get very excited to watch the growth of other designers.
What I love most is the term Fake Socialite.
"I'm now using the term fake socialite, not as a negative term but more as a reminder to people to remain humble and use their voice for good. Use your pedestal of popularity as a platform to encourage and inspire people to be they're best selves they can be. Your presence is more valued than you know." - Curtis Byrant
Curtis has Such a powerful view, and stand point not only through fashion but life in general. I'm looking forward to Bryant's full collection, i believe this is just the beginning for you. Congratulations!
